Since we opened our doors on 26 July 2024, Ammonite Sushi has been redefining the Japanese dining experience in La Carihuela.

Our name was inspired by the ammonite, a fossil that has symbolised beauty, balance and timeless elegance for millions of years. Its distinctive spiral represents growth, harmony and the lasting memories we strive to create for every guest who steps into our restaurant.

Located in the heart of La Carihuela, Torremolinos, Ammonite Sushi combines traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary flavours, offering a carefully curated menu of premium sushi, Japanese cuisine, signature dishes, craft cocktails and fine wines.
